Friday evening at 5:00, we'll gather in the registration room and, following some general "housekeeping" explanations, we'll split up into teams. Each team will have an initial meeting with their charity representative to learn exactly what the project will involve, and then the team will divide into various roles to begin drawing up their specific requirements.

Saturday will be implementations the entire day. Doors open at 7am and close at 10pm. 

Sunday afternoon, awards are distributed and each team will give a demo of their application.

The location and the dates: March 23 - 25, 2012 at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. There will be food, drinks, caffeine, and video games to help you survive.
