What we expect from you:

"Expect" is a strong word, so here's what we would really appreciate:

Please try to make yourself available for the entire weekend. In the past, w have been very flexible with volunteer schedules, and we often end up with either skeleton crews or standing-room-only teams, which means alot of load balancing on the night of the event. If you're going to commit to this event, please try to commit the entire weekend. We'll provide the food, drinks and restrooms, you provide the geek. Also, we ask that you bring your own equipment and development tools, if required. Our venue doesn't really like us using their machines because they need to reimage them after the event. If you like, feel free to cannibalize their systems to use mice, keyboards, and monitors, but please put everything back in it's place when you leave.
